Please read before requesting an appointment Deposit to book/ Card on file Each of my clients are very important to me. This appointment time I have set aside is just for you! I don’t want anyone to miss the opportunity to receive services. I require a $50 deposit of all services over $100 and a current card on file. This will later be deducted from the total service fee on the day of appointment. All service fees and hair extension fees are non refundable. I hold the right to refuse service Extensions require a 100% deposit to place a custom hair order for the cost of the hair. A 50% deposit of extension install/custom color matching is required no later than 4 weeks after the order date. This is to hold your reservation for the 6hr install appointment. These deposits are non refundable. Cancellation Policy I ask that you please reschedule or cancel any appointment at least 48hrs in advance of your appointment start time or you may be charged 100% of your booked services. Late/ No Show Policy I ask that you please arrive no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late it is considered a no show. No show appointments will be canceled and may be charged cancellation fee of 100% of service amount. I hold the right to refuse service. All service fees and hair extension fees are non refundable.
